Distance Sales Agreement for Biosar Labs

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Biosar Labs (“Seller”) and the customer (“Buyer”) who purchases products from the Seller through the website https://biosarlabs.com/ (“Website”).

  1. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of products listed on the Website by the Seller to the Buyer.

  1. Ordering and Acceptance

By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer agrees to purchase the selected products under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.

  1. Returns and Refunds

If the Buyer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the products to the Seller in their original condition within 14 days from the date of withdrawal notification. The Buyer is responsible for any costs associated with the return shipment. Upon receipt of the returned products, the Seller will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping fees, within 14 days using the same payment method used by the Buyer.

  1. Warranty

The Seller provides a warranty for the products in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. The Buyer must notify the Seller of any product defects within the warranty period.

  1. Liability

The Seller’s liability for any damages arising from the use of the Website or the products is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the products. The Seller is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
