Return & Refund Policy for Biosar Labs

At Biosar Labs, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Return Policy

  1. Eligibility: You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including but not limited to:

    • Opened or used products
    • Gift cards
    • Personal care items
    • Sale or clearance items
  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.

  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy

  1. Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect the product(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  3. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for your refund to be processed.   4. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]
