Research
We track dermatology and cosmetic-science journals year-round. Active candidates are screened against published efficacy, tolerance data, and ingredient reviews from independent dermatology bodies before they enter a brief.

Formulation
Cosmetic chemists develop every formula in BIOSAR Laboratories. Actives are dosed at evidence-based concentrations, paired with humectants and barrier lipids for tolerance, and balanced against texture and adherence on real skin.

Testing
Every batch is challenged on stability across temperature ranges, microbiological safety under preservative challenge tests, and tolerance under dermatological supervision. Sensitive-skin compatibility is the default brief, not the exception.

Quality
Manufacturing runs under GMP and ISO 22716 with batch-to-batch traceability. SFDA registration is maintained on every SKU, and we hold per-market regulatory dossiers for the markets we serve.

We do not outsource formulation. Every active is sourced from named cosmetic-grade suppliers, weighed in our laboratories, and challenged on stability, microbiological safety, and tolerance before a batch ships. The charter is the same for the cleansers as it is for the serums.

Production runs under Good Manufacturing Practice and ISO 22716, the international cosmetics manufacturing standard. Registrations — including SFDA — cover every market we serve, and we hold a country-specific regulatory dossier for each.

Pharmacists who recommend BIOSAR receive a single-page science dossier per product on request: full INCI, active concentrations, tested skin types, and the published evidence the formula is built on. Distributors receive the full regulatory pack.
