Procapil targets follicular microcirculation, the 5-alpha-reductase pathway, and follicle anchoring; Caffeine adds penetration; Biotin and Panthenol restore softness. Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1 + Apigenin + Oleanolic Acid (delivered in Butylene Glycol and PPG-26-Buteth-26)

Biotin
