Our commitment
BIOSAR is committed to making biosarlabs.com accessible to the widest possible audience, including users with visual, motor, cognitive, or auditory disabilities. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA where possible, and we run automated accessibility checks on every release.
What we do
Every page on biosarlabs.com is built with semantic HTML, descriptive alt text on meaningful images, and visible focus states for keyboard navigation. Forms are labelled, errors are announced to screen readers, and body text meets WCAG colour-contrast minimums (one exception is listed under Known limitations). The site is fully usable in English, Arabic and French, with right-to-left layout in Arabic.
What we check: automated WCAG tests run on every release and cover colour contrast, form labels, semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and keyboard focus. Keyboard navigation and right-to-left layout are reviewed manually during major site updates.
Standards we follow
WCAG 2.1 level AA, the W3C ARIA Authoring Practices, and the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) guidance for cognitive accessibility.
Known limitations
Some areas of the site rely on third-party services (analytics) that we do not control. Where their accessibility falls short of our internal standard, we either replace the integration or provide an accessible alternative. Sanity Studio, the editorial CMS we use internally, is excluded from this commitment because it is not part of the public site. The labels of our primary buttons, white on the brand teal (#0098A7), have a contrast ratio of about 3.5:1 (about 3:1 on hover), below the WCAG AA minimum of 4.5:1 for small text. This is a deliberate brand choice that we review with every design update.

If you cannot use a feature on this site because of an accessibility issue, please tell us. Email info@biosarlabs.com (or use the contact form). Describe the page, the device and assistive technology you use, and what you were trying to do. We aim to acknowledge every report within five working days and to publish a fix or a workaround within thirty days for issues that block essential tasks.
