Rose water is the aqueous distillate of Rosa damascena petals, used in skincare as a mild astringent and surface-soothing toner. Its phenolic constituents — gallic acid, quercetin, kaempferol — contribute mild antioxidant and calming cover. Pairs broadly with most actives. No major conflicts.
