A six-step combined morning + evening routine for early to mid-stage signs of ageing. Mornings centre on antioxidant defence and SPF; evenings are for retinol-led repair. Avoid retinol in the morning. Total time is roughly 10 minutes spread across both ends of the day.

Smooth a thin layer over face and neck. Day cream with SPF30 closes the morning routine; reapply SPF every 2 hours of direct sun.

Cleanse off the day before the night routine begins. Use the Sensimed cleansing foaming gel or the Sensimed micellar solution as your base cleanser.
